The project coordinator, Dr Odile Abraham at Ifsttar, and the Work Package 1 leader, Dr Ernst Niederleithinger participated in the NDE/NDT Structural Materials Technology for Highways and Bridges (SMT) and the International Symposium on Non-Destructive Testing in Civil Engineering (NDT-CE) 2018 (27-29 August 2018) in New Brunswick (New Jersey, USA). Dr Odile Abraham gave a keynote about the project INFRASTAR and Dr Ernst Niederleithinger assisted in the preparation and gave two talks on BAM's large ultrasonic device LAUS and on data fusion.
